- Courier Delivery (Whole West Malaysia): We provide courier delivery services across West Malaysia.

- After placing an order, customers must contact us on WhatsApp and send the bank transaction slip as proof of payment (online bank transfer). Orders will not be processed without payment confirmation.

Return & Refund Policy

- We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for products that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons.

- The products must be kept in their original packaging and stored at -18°C or lower until a return request is processed and confirmed.

Refunds and Replacements

- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the returned goods are damaged or spoiled upon receipt, no refund will be issued.
