Steamed Squid

Ingredients:

Fresh squid,Ginger,Scallions,Soy sauce,Hot oil,Chili (optional)

Method:

  1. Clean the squid thoroughly and cut it into slices without cutting all the way through.
  2. Arrange the sliced squid on a plate and place ginger strips and the white part of scallions on top.
  3. Boil water in a steamer, then steam the squid for 3 minutes. Remove the ginger and scallions, and drizzle soy sauce over the squid.
